I haven't changed my name yet. What I meant was that I wrote my maiden name in the box on the form where you can choose a new name when you naturalize. So, everything is still in my married name...

I'm not sure I would take a chance on what anyone on the phone says at USCIS. If it's an easy journey for you, then try it but personally, I would get the employer to file the extension for me.

You really can set up costco online accounts in other countries. You need a UK address for the UK one but not for the Canada one. I think the only one you can't...
