OP doesnt mention his licence so he may well be a Class 2.

thats a very general statement. lots of things to factor in with salary, local drivers will often make less per hour than the long distant ones.

if a company is accredited then they can employ from overseas without having to go through the labour market test.

My standard of living on a day to day basis is lower and more stressful here than in the UK. Husbands work has also been more stressful here than in the UK and last year made him physically unwell...

I only suggested the divorce papers as from memory think I didn't have my first wedding cert for visa but they accepted the divorce papers, but as others had said sure its fairly easy to get a copy
