Get as much as you can for him, trying to keep players who don't want to play for your club normally aren't worth the bother. There's the odd exception like Suarez, but Sterling is not that good.

Granted West Ham have a precedent for signing over-hyped strikers from Liverpool, there's no way they'll pay what Liverpool want for him. He'll probably be a bench warmer at Citeh.
