I appreciate your advice, but it doesn't answer my original question. My husband's citizenship choice doesn't affect the issue at hand.

Thanks for your reply. No, Nick (my husband) doesn't have American citizenship, but he never intended to get it. I don't have any court-ordered restrictions on where I may move with my child. ...
