My wife and I go to HMB a lot as we like the cliff top walk.
We usually park at the lot at the end of Poplar street as its free. From there we walk along the beach and then back along the cliff....

Yes. But you'll have that issue regardless of if you have a uk machine or buy a new one in the us. The problem is the live account is set to a region and can't be changed. I haven't seen that much...
