We did post-wedding, pre-leaving party in a pub. And we had a really fab time. I honestly couldn't believe how many people turned up.

We did this - PR granted in principle just a few days after our honeymoon. I've had to send off my passport to get it changed into my married name and now its back it has to go to NZIS for the visas...

assuming you haven't yet gone to NZ then when you do you will be required to pay tax in NZ on your worldwide income. however, for 4 years after you arrive you will be exempt from paying tax on...

yes both thames and three valleys both of which cover herts have got hosepipe bans still in place. luckily bedforshire is covered by anglian who haven't needed a hosepipe ban in over 10 years :)

No hosepipe ban here either. Although I can't remember the last time I used a hosepipe for anything other than cleaning my bike (and that really isn't all that essential!)

As others have said its probably easier at each stage to slow the process down than it is to speed it up. We've been very lucky and gone from EOI to interview (today) in 3 months or so...

They are selecting people from the pool with less than 140 points and no job but only if they have qualifications and/or experience on the absolute skills shortage list.

Hi - we've just been selected - same day as Paul. 135 points and no job offer but 15 points for qualifications and experience in IT. The guidance says that they may select people under 140 points...
