My wife always carries hers.

Her Welcome to America letter said that she must "cary it" with her at all times. They ate an 'r'.

No, the approval was 2 months after our second anniversary.

The date of the card is 1/25/06 and we received an RFE on 1/02/06. Our 2nd year anniversary was 11/16/05. We would have preferred to...

Permanent Resident Card Received

Good news.

My wife's green card arrived today (2/6/2006). It's a 2-year conditional PR card, despite 2 years and 2 months of marriage.

On the positive side, an interview was not required!

We filed back in December 2003 and the case was transferred to Missouri in January 2004.

The file was transferred to the California Service Center in October 2005 and we received an RFE for the...

My wife received the same NOA today. Like I said, we'll just have to wait and see what it means. It looks to me like they may be waiving the interview, but who knows at this point?

No, she hasn't received any biometrics notice, just the email. We're taking a wait and see approach with all of this.

She received her renewal EAD and AP back in May (she e-filed in March).
