The new proposals make a lot of the discussions about QROPS and cashing in pensions redundant.

For ordinary QROPS holders there is the Devil in the detail. Scheme managers must tax non-residents...

Having thought about it, I think you are right. It would get swamped with advertising of one sort or another. No one wants to get mugged :blink:

If you read the HMRC page, where it lists the recognised QROPS, it mentions that if a scheme is on the list that, for want of a better phrase, turns out not to be following the rules then it can be...
