Hi folks, just ran through most of the fitness today to see where I'm at.

Press-ups check, sit-up check (although needs more practice), dead lift and bent over rows check, beep test check, agility...

Lobsta, I think you'll be looking at a minimum level of 9.1 (19-29yrs 10.1, 30-39yrs 9.1, 40+yrs 8.1) with the lines/markers 20m apart, obviously the higher the better. Searching online should find...

My wife's employed as a human resource adviser. Having done more digging, it would appear that canada is a no go and we would need to apply to Australia via the 190 visa...
