We had the same thing when we arrived in BC 3 years ago and used Pacific Blue Cross to cover the gap. We even made a claim and they were really good with no fuss.

Provinces/States surely there...

I think you more or less have the procedure wrapped up for anyone contemplating trying it on there own. Of course every case is different. Personally I would advise anyone to steer clear of lawyers...

Thanks - no worries. It is a relief for us - but the waiting will always be remembered too, as our test of patience and resolve. Hang in there, keep a sense of humour - it will happen and I hope soon...
