It should buy you an unfurnished 2 Bdr somewhere in the centre. Supply is quite limited though.Also if going through an agent, you will need to add another 5% of your annual rent for commission....

Am looking for western-style furniture stores in AD. IKEA is kinda limited and the local style despite some nice elements is a bit heavy for my taste. Am looking for a futon and a few sideboards....

Looked at a couple of furnished & unfurnished two weeks ago. Going rate for furnished ones is beetween 120 and 135k, unfurnished ones in new buildings close to Corniche area go for about 100-115k....
