Sure is a big mess and it seems Slovenia is just funnelling the refugees through the country to Austria and the land of milk and honey zee fatherland !

Have the refugees attempted to transit through Slovenia? Now the Hungarians are shutting the border surely they will go round to the East or west via Croatia/Slovenia.

The Cold!

I keep an eye on the weather in Slovenia and see it gets bl**dy cold. Here in the UK we have been saved(so far) from a very cold winter with little snow.

The only snow I have seen is on the TV...

I've taken to SLOw travel! I pack up the old van with the camping gear and head off. Slower and more expensive than flying but meet loads of interesting people on route. No worries on excess baggage...
