I sent an email to IGIS I got a reply that asked for further information like place of birth. Its been more than 5 days I haven't got a reply after I gave them the required information.

Telecommuting is a very tricky issue.

Technically you are not allowed to 'work' on your visit visa. But what consitutes work is not defined.

Can I not even send or even read an email that is...

Family sponsored and Independant (175) are same processing priority now. If its on the schedule 3 you are cat 3.

Have a rule that only allows british. We will gladly leave.

And we are on Britishexpats just like we would be in Australia. And last I checked neither of these disallowed non-Britishers.

Get a reference that outline your main duties..when I applied i outlined about 10 most important...

Your signature indicates that your spouse's form80 is not MET. so they are most probably doing external checks on her.

When did you submit your own form80? And when did you submit your spouse's?

That or they have not got around verifying the integrity of your work experience claim. When they do that they will most probably update it soon after that or not untill they get round it again :)
