I'm most definitely a Civilian sector worker now. I have ATR 42/72 and 737 Cl and NG on my ticket. Likelihood is I'll be doing a 757 course in the next wee while as well.

And that's the crux of the whole thing. You aren't encouraged to be successful in the UK anymore bacuse if you make too much money it's just taken off you. Enterprise and initiative isn't encouraged....
