We did actually do this initially for high risk countries then quickly realised it was akin to shuttng the door after the horse has bolted.

To be fair the UK aren't the worst at testing albeit a fair distant from the best,


I think testing is fairly futile at this level, at 100,000 a day it would still take two years to test...
