We applied for the Homestead exemption in the January, the earliest date we could. We had bought our house the previous October and it wasn't done automatically. Could be different state to state....

Our Insurance covers pre-existing conditions I am pleased to say so I wasn't faced with this. It is a big worry for a lot of people.

With regards to your cat, go to the Moving back to the UK forum and read about the new DEFRA regs. After January, it is much easier to take a pet back. I don't think there is a 6 months wait any...

I find nothing barbaric about Texans at all.

They are probably the friendliest bunch of people that I have ever met and will help you anyway they can if needed.

It changed from 90/10 to 80/20 plus deductible and out of pocket over double, other charges increased like co-pays. Basically, a lot less for the same premium.

Is your dog a Poodle or Great Dane? It all depends on crate size and combined weight. The best way to find out is call the airline and they will give you their rates. It varies tremendously. Good...
