Re: British foods in Japan

Found an import store today with heinz baked beans, fun-sized mars bars and bounties as well as a good selection of beer and other things. It's right next to JR Ibaraki station, 15 minutes north of...

Re: X-Box Games

As a nerdy bloke working in games myself I'd recommed:

Grand Theft Auto IV and Fallout 3
One of Halo 3 or the Orange Box
a racing game, maybe Forza 3 or Burnout Paradise.

If I found those...

Re: Why do I have to restart my computer everytime I turn on the internet

Don't know if you're doing this, but I've seen people connect their modem/router and computer to the same 4-way plug socket - when they switch it on the PC boots and the network device is still...

Re: work in japan

You'll need a sponsor to get a working visa, and the application process will probably take a few weeks. Many language schools will sponsor you, but will probably not want to offer you a contract for...

I live not too far from Kobe and pay about 100000/month rent for a nice 2 bedroomed flat. That leaves 300000 which is about 1500 quid.
That should be fine...
