I agree as I am white (by the way) ;) and still claimed as a candidate from a high risk country and like somebody else said it is due to fraudulent actions from our fellow countrymen!:thumbdown:

I agree! The time from lodgement to being assigned a CO is MUCH longer for high risk countries and it definitely is based on nationality. I have a passport from a high risk country, but currently...
