North of GBP250K last time I checked, dependent on spec. The construction is all timber, post and beam.

I used to work in a pub when I was a lot younger, at the christmas doo one year it was just me and about 7 barmainds left at the death. Filthier than an evening at Bernard Manning's Embassy Club :eek:

There are companies in Norway offering similar designs of prefab timer houses for half the price. You can have one shipped to the UK for less than 100K.

I used to work for the company that writes the software Huf Haus use for designing their buildings, very clever stuff, links directly into the CNC machines that cut the timbers, almost a fully...

Its all about shifting the design and coordination upstream, so site activities are optimised, everything fits as planned, no surprises. Nothing revolutionary about prefab, this is just the logical...
