Ours was received March 8th, it shows the same as yours. I assume mine is being processed (it shows received in ecas) as I called by a visa officer two weeks ago, he needed to clarify a few things.

The fact it does not show if the sponsor (ie me) was approved is not a worry?

How do they inform the sponsor that they have been approved (or not) to sponsor? I was unsure whether they send a letter to the UK (where I reside) or not.

We sent our application off to Mississauga end of February, it took a week as the envelope went missing thanks to Canada Post but it finally showed as "successfully delivered".

I did not know Parcelforce would be using Canada Post. For £60 I would not have opted for this. I am in the UK sponsoring, hence the pack is sent to Mississauga.

We would have to re-take medicals and pay for those again. They will only accept the original medical papers even though we did photocopy them. The police cert is only good for three months. In total...
