Re: Car problems - is there any help out there?

It made it to the mechanic fine, though the AC shut off. That mechanic said there was warping and the head gasket had gone. Thats when I had it towed to the dealership.

Re: Car problems - is there any help out there?

Re: Car problems - is there any help out there?

Re: Car problems - is there any help out there?

It's a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with 116k miles on it. Not sure about cylinders.
The $1500 was for a replacement coolant hose to the heater and a new active flap.

Usually I take my car to Tires...

Re: Death & Taxes... TurboTax or H&R Block?

Having used both, I'd recommend H&R Block. It's more expensive, but they're trained in this stuff and they take all the hassle away from the whole ordeal.

Re: On the subject of Aldi... who shops there?

We pretty much only shop at Aldi now. It helps that it's only a 10minute walk away.

We have a pretty set shopping list each week of fruit/veg and stuff for the baby, all of which is much more...
