UEFA have just announced a "conference call" next Tuesday to 'discuss all competitions'.... not quite sure why they can't get on a call before Tuesday, but my guess is that this will be the call that...

Yeah, on reflection, I'd agree with that.... the premium is for English PL experience, as much as being English in nationality itself.
