That's what we want, Realtors charging by the hour 25$ a hour ought to be appropriate for a grade 12 education. For most purchasers I would imagine that that would result in said realtor getting...

See my above post - many realtors earn that, without having to spend 8 years plus at Uni and then further "time served" requirements.

I was involved in a claim where the Realtor earned $1,000,000...

But entry to sit the exams required by their Regulatory Bodies requires a little more than a Grade 12 education

That's an unfair question as they are a closed shop (as is my profession).

The question should be: Are you prepared to pay their rates?

I agree that it sounds great but there is a but which is... Would purchasers' realtors show her properties to their clients knowing full well that they (the realtors) will be taking a huge hit on...

And that's the thing. Use an example vendor sells house for $400,000. Listing realtor charges $19,000 ($7,000 + £12,000) and divides this with purchaser's realtor with the result that they both get...

The purchasing realtor ususally shows the house, most realtors would advise you not to use the vendor's realtor. Negotiation usually revolves around one realtor completing a pro forma purchase...

Negligence, fiduciary duty and misrepresentation exist in English law as well.

They get sued here because, some of them, act appallingly. Just as some lawyers, some doctors, some teachers etc....

It never ceases to amaze me how often one hears that people are amazed that realtors drive them to houses, etc.

I have said it before and I will say it again, in 10 years of legal practice in...
