I am in status in the US (L2) and myself and my family have just filed for adjustment of status via my husbands L1A to EB1c. From when exactly will we not be able to leave US? we are still awaiting...

Wouldn't her legitimate E2 plans make her home ties irrelevant? Im pretty sure the petition accepted already (Im not so clued up on E2 process tho). Albeit it suited her to keep getting satisfactory...

Assuming she makes it past Immigration...she fully intends to return to UK within 90 days or when her embassy appt comes thru, whichever happens first. She has her own business back in UK. She hasn't...

just something to consider as a side note.... I live in South Florida and we are getting swamped right now with hoards people fleeing Cali due to rise in crimes, homeless and sheer expense of living...

I have 2 friends in similar position to you. One flew to Istanbul for 2 weeks prior, the other is heading to Tulum for 2 weeks. It is an expensive hassle, but do-able

actually..... I just checked my uk phone (I only look at it occasionally), and I have same text. first time in 2.5 years of being here. maybe its a new thing. thats a shame!

Technically only a month but I dont have any choice .... I think authorities are being lenient because of Covid causing delays. Nothing I can do, I have been to DMV twice and have the paperwork to...

yeh, I have decided just to wait it out for my paperwork. I really do need to drive as I live in the suburbs and need to drive my kids to and from places, but I am carrying UK valid license and US...
