Theres nothing to stop buying a Holiday home, and visiting it on a regular basis.

But generally they expect you to be out of the country for extended periods (days/weeks/months) in between visits....

Here in Manitoba we have 3 exams to pass and a background check before we are licensed by the security commision. Then during the next 2 years we have to pass a further 2 exams. Plus we do monthly...

Canadian Small towns, are very small, little more than a UK village or even smaller. They are not at all like the English villages I'm use to, more like villages in the Scottish Highlands, Everyone...
