Some places still sell over CV but tend to be very nicely done up houses in desirable areas. I know Whitford is lovely but that house obviously needs quite a lot doing to it.

Hobsonville is fine - lots of new development there and some great parks/waterside pathways and cycleways etc. A bit further up from Hobsonville, Greenhithe is nice.
