If you qualify for the Skilled Visa I would suggest you go for that one as 186 gets you PR 457 does not and you would have to apply after a minimum of 2 years and who knows if you will get through...

The country is falling apart on a grand scale flee while you can. Don't let the ones who are sitting in Canada drinking there Coors light complaning about the cold as -25 snow means some kick ass...

Does it cost so much more in Canada then here then as that translate into over £3k a month and that would allow you to live quite nice outside of London and averageish in London
