Re: Premier League 2014-15

I'm not sure them not being ex-players can be held against them when we spend half the season talking about what utter clueless pricks footballers are. But the rest seems valid.

Re: Premier League 2014-15

Not if this story (http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/raheem-sterlings-agent-aidy-ward-confirms-star-wants-to-leave-liverpool-900000aweek-would-not-keep-him-at-anfield-10266233.html) can be...

Re: Premier League 2014-15

I'm not sure what Sterling's agent is thinking if he really did say Sterling wouldn't sign for 900K a week but the options seem pretty clear, sell him and try to get as much as we can from him or...

Re: Premier League 2014-15

I've had him in my Liverpool team for years on Football Manager, he's a goal machine, Pellegrini must just be crap.

Re: Premier League 2014-15

Other than last year there hasn't been an all Spanish final since 2000, since then there's been an all English final and an all German final. Have you been watching Copa del Rey by mistake?

Re: Premier League 2014-15

Surely I'm not the only one who has no idea who you are all talking about? Having said that I can probably only name 2 or 3 Newcastle players.

Re: Premier League 2014-15

I wouldn't say it's a big shock myself. It was a 50/50 game at best, Villa are playing well and we're not, they'll probably have a better chance against Arsenal than we would too.

Re: Premier League 2014-15

I think it's sick that you'd let your children watch/participate in tea bagging with or without parental guidance. Shame on you Pommy!

Re: Premier League 2014-15

I can honestly see him going to Newcastle. I think you'd have to be mental to go there and I think he is absolutely mental.

Re: Premier League 2014-15

I envy you. Everything tells me that 4th place is gone, no chance what so ever. Yet I find myself looking at City's fixtures and thinking "They could drop at least 4 points" of course there's no...

Re: Premier League 2014-15

I see Wenger is moaning about away goals shouldn't count until after extra time. Surely the away goals are worth more because it's supposedly harder to score away from home, if that's the case why...

Re: Premier League 2014-15

Who are you classing as your 3 main rivals? Liverpool, Man Utd and Arsenal? I wouldn't rule Southampton out just yet, they have much better goal difference than both of us and they've arguably got an...

Re: Premier League 2014-15

I wouldn't say a win is certain for us at Swansea, Shelvey always scores a few goals when he plays against us, if he cuts out the own goals we'll be in trouble.

Re: Premier League 2014-15

That explains why you can sit in our office watching football all the time, no-one ever wants to be around you so no-one sees you doing it.

Pretty sure he's an Arsenal fan not Liverpool. And there was me having sympathy for you.

PS look at you living in the past, you sure you're not a scouser?

Re: Premier League 2014-15

Look at you all picking on Liverpool, the facts are thus:

1) We paid Southampton a fortune for terrible players, if we'd left them where they were Southampton would probably be getting relegated...

Good ad placement there too, I can only assume hearing about someone being bummed to death must make people randy.

Re: Premier League 2014-15

I'm just glad it wasn't a draw. We won which is great but if City would've won I wouldn't have been too disappointed as they'd be 3 points closer to Chelsea. I honestly didn't fancy our chances when...

Re: Premier League 2014-15

He's the first striker since Drogba that hasn't forgotten where the goal is as soon as he puts on a Chelsea shirt, I imagine it would be a huge risk to get rid of him, much like Suarez, he may be a...

Re: Premier League 2014-15

Whilst they did have the penalty shouts the fact that they couldn't score against our defence means I have no sympathy for them at all. Also the fact that all the Saints fans I know have been hurling...

You're hardly going to make her jealous with that, everyone knows Barbados is just a poor man's Bournemouth.
