I agree 'loafing' even though we live in Portugal, the hospitality in Galicia was superb on the way down here last year, every beer you got a little plate/bowl of something, some good some not so...

we would thoroughly recommend Cudillero, but whatever you do, do not take your caravan into the village, there is a cracking campsite at the top of the hill (if you are towing that is) and a lovely...

Its either buy a property, get a rental agreement for at least 12 months, or the third option is ask your friend to sign a 'termo de responsibilidade' witness by a solicitor.

IMO there is an easier / safer / legal alternative to this proposal.............. tow a caravan here then leave it here after your first lot of 90 days (or chunk of) leave it on a registered campsite...

all of the land surrounding this house is terraced 4m wide each terrace maximum, then 4m up to the next one etc etc not really suitable for a drainfield, as the pipes would simply have to be like...
