Well I know one can stay on as a student, but isn't it expensive to en-roll in some course...where you have to study for at least an year or two to get graduated.......and not allowed to do a decent...

Anything can be fabricated official doc from the school or the original degree, it all depends on how they do checks ......moreover, I don't find any difference between both of them as they are...

another reason is they are not bothered much to do checks or they are too lazy or they don't have enough time to enquire the school(s) themselves and authenticate the certificate.

Official documents are those which are sent by the school directly to ICAS in a sealed envelope. ICAS does not consider documents in a sealed envelope which are submitted to ICAS by the applicant or...

I'm not aiming for high proficiency, just the basic proficiency giving me 1 each point in R/L/W/S.....I don't think it would be waste of money......as those 4 points are priority for me.....
