I was under the impression that there was no GCSE equivalent just an A level equivalent studied...

Waiting is of no benefit to him as the school year is jan to dec anyway in NZ. The longer he waits to change systems, the more he will potentially have to catchup with for the 3 year A level...

Not quite. I was referring to your question of whether 2 years experience is required to come over as a midwife as it is with nursing. Which it's not per se. It's dependant on the NZ midwifery...

The issue is he isn't my husband and currently we are not living together (complicated circumstances) so I doubt he would be able to come in under my application anyway :(
