Re: Quick question re. purchasing laptops

Gamers and hardcore users can still use macs. Either with bootcamp or parallells.

Something goes wrong with my mac I fix it within hours. Simple. Upgrading a mac is relatively quick and easy....

Re: Television industry in Toronto

I'm afraid of heights and would love to learn how to use fly harness. Climbed enough scaffolding and truss-towers to get up to the followspots, despite it. Damn! I miss being a spot op.

Re: Television industry in Toronto

Re: tax evasion - would my mother be refused entry?

First time I came to Canada. Then when I went over in 2010 when there was an LMO in the process. My last trip because the first guy thought the duration between my trip in November and...

Re: Moving to Toronto on Sunday, need advice on areas to live!

I've seen apartment buildings around yonge & eglinton in the 900 range. You can find bachelors and 1 beds but you won't have any amenities to speak of. Mind you, you'd be in the city and on a subway...

Re: Goods to Follow example

Re: Goods to Follow example

Re: Using an international parcel company to 'ship' belongings

I'm not in UK. I'm in Sweden and I'm in the same position. I don't have a container worth of things to ship. I have found a shipping company (not a removal company) that can do palletted shipments....

Re: Gas Prices

Actually, every single Volvo that has passed through my family has been a whole lot of trouble and cost a fortune in repairs. I vowed as a teenager to never own one. A few years ago I needed a car, a...

Re: Gas Prices

The system here used to be that your road tax on a diesel depended on how many miles you drove each year (within sweden). Diesel was also almost half the price of gas per litre. Then they raised the...

Re: Gas Prices

My 19 y/o volvo does roughly 8 litres per 100km. The Hyundai Elantra rental I had in Canada did the same.

Then why do you have an F150?

Insurance can run up to $500 a month as well,...
