This is a fab country and has lots going for it ,high taxes for the workers are norm here with no tax incentives ,crap drivers ,teenagers with a drug problem ,gangs.neds as you know about there exist...

We are off to Rotorua,Tauranga and Taupo next week ,staying in the police force holiday homes that are available to staff,just a mere $50 a night for the use of ,3 bed most of them so plenty of room...

All new wood burners have a separate flu so I would not think a chimney would suffice .Perhaps they could put the flu in the chimney .We use a wood pellet fire and its far easier than a wood burner...

You will probably find if it is an import that the radio will not get any FM stations above 90 Mhz so you will need a band expander fitted to be able to get any of the decentish radio stations here...
