Earlier this year EE messaged to 'force' us to move to a new contract. You can choose to leave or sign up a new 2 years contract, or if you do nothing EE automatically put you on a new 30 days...

I am using EE here, found out at some point I couldn’t get roaming data if network is Meo (auto select), I had to manually set to NOS to be able to receive data. Perhaps to do with some roaming...

If it’s T1 on the document then it’s T1, it doesn’t matter how you use it. You will sell it as T1 in future, perhaps taking this into consideration when make offer?

Did you look at the usual portal site like idealista.pt? Or try airbnb then negotiate longer rental period. If you plan to register residency it’s best to have proper rental contract tho.

Yes I agree with the above, it's easy to remain UK tax resident as long as you have sufficient ties, although UK/PT tax treaties outlines where you should be tax resident so technically you can't be...

If you are employed, it’s a bit complicated. I think it’s easier if you become contractor and invoice your London Employer as client. It’s what I am doing now.

Yes we just did it, digitally signed and emailed request form (if you use Mac, you can use preview - tools- annotation to add signature, there may be similar pdf reader for pc doing the same thing)...
