It doesn't depend on your degree, but only on the IELTS test, so if you pass the IELTS test, you can get points.

NO, I'm saying S/S without CSL is right after ALL with CSL but before anybody without CSL and S/S. NO your application processing should continue AFTER six months from today (It is the time I think...

Since 23rd September, the benefit of S/S is very disputable, but you are still before those without it. In my opinion, there is far less applicants with CSL then with S/S without CSL, so I thing your...

I think, the problem is about who made the decision, it was not made by DIAC, so it takes some time to update all informations on their site...

Yes that is true, but take a look into linked document and processing timeliness in Q11...
I think there could be slightly incorrect answer in the document and every prioritized applications should...
