Yes i did that also, and i ticked each section as i copied it. The reason they gave was, 'evidence of work experience and training was insuffiicient to meet any of the available skill pathways'.

You can only set it up in the childs name, you have to take/give the voucher to the company where you want this money to go.

We paid £8 for the affidavit to be signed, but they did say it would be £8 for all copies, not each. Took it to the local police station in the end, who signed, stamped and dated it free of charge.

i know, just goes to show how picky they can be i suppose. Wonder if the bank will pay the 2nd courier fee, as it was thier mistake lol.
