what part of Texas ? There are fewer DVD officers now and they cover wider areas so be prepared for a long wait. In some areas even if you have an appointment you still wait a long time.

It feels like it. No, it's time to work on the yard that was destroyed by Harvey 2 years ago. I went for rock instead of mulch so it's hard work.
