You may be right. The CCT or certificate of completion of training may not be needed per se if the jurisdiction approved training assessment shows that all the internal medicine...

UK trained Drs are best placed to work here if they are fully qualified in the UK already, meaning having a CCT in a speciality or in general practice.

Does it exist here in Canada/Ontario/Kitchener Waterloo?
In the UK while driving you could set your car radio to allow interruptions...

I haven't paid tax in Canada yet but I imagine that one would be able to claim tax back on all expenses related to keeping you in your profession, much like in the UK.
