Re: Travel Insurance

Cannot really help you on this, but I did one trip in September with Emirates and one in January with Etihad. Both airlines included a quite comprehensive travel insurance in the ticket price....

Re: My Travel Pass - returning home to Malaysia

This time I did not even get the plastic wristband. And the process thru KLIA was super fast. And I even got a permission to use public transport to go home (which I did not use as my car was parked...

Re: Relocating to Penang

Yes, especially if you want to focus on playing Golf or hanging around in Georgetown, Tanjong Bungah is not a good choice. Penang Turf Club is only maybe 10 km away, but the drive is so ugly.

If...

Re: Cancelling MM2H

This is not true. After I heard this a couple of years before I asked Nancy Shukri personally at an event and she confirmed that there has never been a directive like this and MM2Hers can hold als...

Re: Malaysia Relaxes Re-Entry to Fully Vaccinated MM2H, PR's

:D

Actually the 14 days home quarantine was the most easy time. After the Odyssey coming back I anyway needed a long break. And as the condos have experience already with HQ-residents, it was...

Re: Malaysia Relaxes Re-Entry to Fully Vaccinated MM2H, PR's

Best way is to park your car at KLIA (if it is a short trip) or to ask a friend to bring your car to KLIA and hand-over the keys. Before it was certainly not allowed that this friend than drives with...

Re: Malaysia Relaxes Re-Entry to Fully Vaccinated MM2H, PR's

I had this experience in the "old times" with the MTP and the E-mail-HQ-System. It was horrible not to know if you get approval for HQ as hotel quarantine is no option for most. Approval for HQ...

Re: Returning to Malaysia - HOME Quarantine?

Maybe it gets better with the new system now.

In our case because of the missing approval we already made the decision not to go back to Malaysia 48 hours before our flight (hotel quarantine was...

Re: Covid-19 Pfizer Vaccine Availability?

Interesting to know that for those vaccinated with Biontech or Sinovac the booster with Cansino provides the best results in producing antibody. Hope MOH will look into this.

Re: Returning to Malaysia - HOME Quarantine?

Congratulations to this decision.

Actually I don´t think it is a question of approval or refusal. The ones who get a decision probably will be close to 100% approval. But it looks like in the...

Re: Covid-19 Pfizer Vaccine Availability?

Private places only have Sinovac as far as I know. They cannot handle the cooling requirements for Biontech.

But nowadays it is quite easy to catch Biontech, because most of the shots are done...
