most uk teachers are assessed at level 7. You are paid according to years of service. I had 4 years service but got paid for 6 as in uk i had credit for previous work exper. Not being full reg...

I am a teacher who is doing relieving at the moment as i have found it very difficiuilt to gain a permanent position. I usually get the not enough nz experience as a reason why i dont get offered...

There does seem to be a few jobs for secondary teachers in areas such as Auckland but very few for Primary. I live in the Bay of Plenty and whilst its a truly beautiful place to live ...

we are moving back to the uk at xmas . The move to nz was not as expected mainly as I couldnt get job I am a teacher with 6 years experience and apparently not good enough to teach in new zealand...
