One thing related to taking a loan as a MM2H'er.
I had to make a money (bank) transfer out of MY a few days ago.
One of the forms I then had to sign was to confirm that I had no loans in Malaysia....

One benefit of having a tax number here is that one has something to provide to ones homeland authorities to prove tax residency status.

A friend of me used Grab w/o problems when he was there a few weeks ago.

I obtained a visit visa at the MY embassy before travelling to MY for my MM2H visa. This to avoid the JP charge .
Wouldn't it be possible to do the same for the wife to be added?
