It’s by our primary residence and registered as such.
Does anybody know whether the dégrèvement takes the form of a lower bill or a normal bill followed by an automatic refund?

Amid all the talk about the taxe d’habitation reform, I see my 2019 bill is as high as ever. Even though my revenu fiscal de référence is 0.
