You are right Fred I can see nothing now about it but usually the Sur in English is a reliable source of information. It is definitely only 30 days if you intend to be a resident.

Sorry to disagree but the law changed this year. It was in all our local newspapers. It was 6 months and is now 3.

We use a local tax advisor who is Spanish but speaks English. You could write to her as you dont need to go into her office. She works in a town called Coín near Marbella. I pay about three times...

No the Council tax equivalent is called IBI and is paid to the Town Hall. The non resident tax is paid to the tax authority and is something different.

I use Medifiat and have been with them for many years. I pay annually as they offer a slight reduction that way. There are several companies you could choose from but each has its own set of rules....

You are allowed to keep a UK registered car for only 3 months now. Either drive it straight back or sell it to someone going back to the UK which is what we did. Just make sure the paperwork is done.
