A big plot is no problem - you do what you want and when / if it gets too much then plant a bit more grass and get a ride on lawn mower (and it is easy to get help to cut the grass if you have a ride...

That shouldn't be a problem - the debt is attached to the property and comes off any sale price to clear the debt as part of the conveyancing activities, just the same as a mortgage or other loan...
