Re: Melbourne Metro restrictions

I don't believe any of those industries make it in the top 10 anywhere in Australia. Finance is no. 1. Other professional services no. 2.

Re: Melbourne Metro restrictions

Exports for sure which is why the national focus hasn't given much thought to the WA borders. No mass population needing to move short distances over borders, most of the income comes from stuff...

Northern Territory is not a state, granted, but it has a higher gross state product per capita ..... sadly though, its contributing less that 2% to the overall revenue so per capita is an irrelevant...

Re: Melbourne Metro restrictions

Have you had a drink of the eradication Koolaid? Opening people's livelihood, giving back their freedom, relieving the stress, is far more important than zero cases, even though we know the reality...

Re: Melbourne Metro restrictions

I am not interested in your twist on per captia. I am interested in raw dollars. That's the only thing that counts to the bottom line.

Re: Melbourne Metro restrictions

Lying makes you look really bad. QLD, somehow, contributes more to Australia than WA does.

Re: Melbourne Metro restrictions

NSW - sponsoring job seeker for you. Again more resentment towards your wealthy providers. When will you learn not to bite the hand that feeds you.

Re: Melbourne Metro restrictions

Commentary from communist, redneck enclaves such as WA and QLD would unlikely change anything if a vote on the matter was put to the people of NSW in what is a proper democracy. She would retain her...

Re: Melbourne Metro restrictions

The NSW premier likes shagging a man she can't get. Not an uncommon problem for successful, intelligent, workaholic, women who have relgious parents who expect they bring home the right type of...

Re: Moving to Aus advice

Any professional or trade like job is very hard to get in Spain for a British expat. Language for starters can be a barrier. Spain is hardly renowned for being the centre of excellence for anything...

Re: Moving to Aus advice

At some point, you need to draw the line, and not let your mistakes influence the decisions of others. Using reality TV shows is now drawing a very long bow.

Re: Melbourne Metro restrictions

Victoria has been on low numbers for weeks now yet the chairman would still rather sacrifice freedoms, revenue, and mental health of his subjects for the political gain of eradication. What a selfish...

Re: Melbourne Metro restrictions

You asked it before and you got an answer. Asking the question twice doesn't always get the answer you crave.

And that's the problem, there is no steady hand on the wheel. The...

Re: Moving to Aus advice

Re: Moving to Aus advice

Any business that is successful is swimming in money. Anything short of that is not a successful business and worth giving up for a punt elsewhere.
