I ordered a birth certificate online through this site mentioned earlier this year. I used the standard option and it arrived within three weeks to my US address.

VH1 and MTV are starting their coverage at noon eastern until 8pm and are supposed to be showing highlights of all the other concerts excluding Philly. Then ABC are supposed to be showing the Philly...
