Do you have a W10 recovery drive? That will remove and reset everything, so make sure you have a backup if you want to follow this route.

That shortcut works perfectly. I don't keep the Bookmarks toolbar showing because I use a 13" laptop and it takes up some space, but it's easy to toggle on and off as required.
