Re: Entering NY as POE with my Frenchie

We entered the US on the Queen Mary 2 with our dog 6 years ago. We too panicked because of the various different sources/requirements/opinions (Cunard included). We had our dog given the rabies...

This worked out really well for my parents when they visited in August. You can order online and mail it to them so they have it for when they land.

Re: Move to New York or Sydney?

$85k for construction management in NYC is underpaid (not sure of your position, but a PM would be same salary as the Sydney role, and a Senior PM more like $135k - check Glassdoor.com). I used to...

Re: E2 visa being cancelled - breaking apartment lease

I would check the lease agreement for a break clause. We had one in our last apartment rental - 60 days notice with 1 months penalty - we got our full deposit back (minus the penalty which we got a...

Re: So expensive to rent a car

A lot of rental offices in NYC have closed recently (my favourite Hertz location on E40th was replaced with a high rise) so there's supply and demand at play - especially holiday weekends.

We were...

Re: Company transfer UK to NYC

I'm a lazy commuter and not hugely fond of the subway so I purposely live where I can take the train and then walk to work. Commuting from Westchester should see you getting into Grand Central in...

Re: 90 Day Fiance - Discussion (and an observation).

Sorry, I meant usual mix of circumstances for the show.. Moving for love and maybe a better quality of life isn't always apparent in the show; which is why its such a car crash to watch.

Re: 90 Day Fiance - Discussion (and an observation).

It's back with Season 4! Did anyone watch episode 1 on Monday night? Usual mix of circumstances and I'm always wondering why they'd do it to themselves

I'm pretty sure TMo still offer a trial.

I had Verizon initially in NYC which was awesome all over - however, the data limits used to have overages which could get expensive and I traveled...

Re: Best mobile providers in Washington DC area

In metro areas - I love TMobile. Fast data, great service, cheap rates and free international roaming / texting. Start driving out into the sticks and its good, but nowhere near as deep as Verizon...

Re: HSBC Loan after UK>USA Credit History Transfer

Re: Moving with a Pug (or other snub nosed breed)?

This week's episode piqued my...
