In Canada the V5 is called a registration document (registration document or proof of registration are the official terms, but title is used as well, even though it has a slightly different meaning)....

Surely that's wrong? Pitt Meadows is normally a little cheaper than where I am (North Delta) but only by a 1c or 2, was out and about an hour ago and we were at 1.77

Thanks - the odd thing is I can select pretty much any country in Europe and most of the Caribbean islands to get the card delivered to, none of which I have ever visited let alone lived in!

I had everything I'd ever done assessed by WES ( as genuinely wasn't sure whether I'd come out with Canadian grade 11 equivalent or a 3 year degree equivalent) - absolutely no issues getting results...
