Interesting sideline topic here. I lived 18 years in Chicago where the temps varied from -40 to +40 and I always got at least 30,000 miles out of my tires. Then i moved to Florida where the humidity...

Has anyone had any experience of importing a classic car from the USA into Spain. I am looking to bring over a 1969 Corvette Stingray. Any previous experience or advice would be greatly received

Not official yet but Spain is looking to end the 14 day self isolate rule as from July 1st from selected countries. Whether UK will be among them from the start will also have to be confirmed as well...

Correos are still advising that their offices are open 9.30-12.30 but as international flights are greatly reduced do not expect the standard 4-7 days for letters to other EU countries.

1st line on the golf course are going for between 90-100,000 with R28 being the exception, up to 130.

2nd line are more like 65-90,000 and 3rd line 45-70,000.

2nd course lots are still going...

We had 1800kg of personal effects moving from Chicago to Spain - on the Portuguese border.

It is a nightmare whichever way you go unless you itemize each and every item into a manifest showing...

It does surprise me that people are praising the old regime. I don't think any golf members have received any refunds from their paid up fees, some of which were only paid out a matter of a few days...

How was it sent from the States? The carrier still has possession until resolved with Customs or returned. If original carrier is known such as UPS, DHL, Fedex, USPS etc then you can track progress...

Having now fully relocated to Lomas it is important for us to have reliable and strong internet. Our maximum contract with Prinet was only giving us between 1.5-6 and recently has been off altogether...
